- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into wedges

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb or beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours for better flavor.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat a grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated meat, onion wedges, and bell pepper wedges onto the soaked skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
- Brush the skewers with oil to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and naan or rice.
