- Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the whole wheat pita bread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pita bread and lightly brush to coat.
- Spread the mint chutney evenly over each pita.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chutney.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, coriander leaves, and green chili if using.
- Add chaat masala and salt to the vegetable mixture, and mix well.
