  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Mint chutney - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cauliflower, crumbled paneer, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red onion, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
