  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Season the bison steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
