Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 300 grams
  • Plain yogurt - 100 grams
  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chura (flattened rice) - 50 grams
  • Fresh coriander - for garnishing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread the marinated broccoli on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly charred.
