- Chura (flattened rice) - 100 grams
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the paneer is marinating, soak the chura in water for 5 minutes, then drain it to soften slightly.
- After marination, take each paneer cube, roll it in the softened chura to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place the chura-coated paneer cubes gently in the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chura is golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
