  • Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it coarsely.
