Steps

- Stir in the diced chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken with the spices.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Add the chopped methi leaves and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the methi is wilted and mixed in.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander.
