Steps
- Soak the flattened rice (chura) in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the mustard oil over medium heat until it starts to smoke slightly.
- Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.
- Add the sliced onion and green chili, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
