- Raw papaya - 50 grams, grated

- Coriander leaves - a handful, chopped
- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, soak the flattened rice in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the mustard oil over medium heat and add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the grated raw papaya to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the khar, mixing well with the papaya and onions.
- Add the soaked flattened rice and salt to taste, mixing everything together gently for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves and roasted peanuts.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
