  • Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies - 2, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai or deep frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken thighs, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chura is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
