- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons

- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Rinse the flattened rice (Chura) in water and drain it, allowing it to soften for about 5 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the grated ginger and chopped green chili, cooking for another minute.
- Add the finely chopped cauliflower and sprinkle turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and cover the pan, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, add the softened flattened rice to the pan. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
