- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

- Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a dry pan, roast the peanuts on medium heat until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat the mustard oil until it starts to smoke slightly.
- Add the finely chopped onion and green chili to the hot oil, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in the turmeric powder and salt, mixing well.
- Add the flattened rice (chura) to the pan, stirring to coat it with the oil and spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and mix in the roasted peanuts, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
