Steps

- Add water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well, then let it cook uncovered for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pan, lightly toast the chura until crisp and golden.
