  • Flattened rice (chura) - 100 grams
  • Chickpeas (boiled) - 50 grams
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 medium
  • Cucumber (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1, adjust to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams
  • Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, soak the flattened rice in water for about 2-3 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and fresh coriander leaves.
  3. Add the softened flattened rice to the bowl along with lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt to taste.
  4. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients well.
