- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, boiled potatoes, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add chaat masala, tamarind chutney, green chutney, lemon juice, and salt to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and mold it onto each skewer, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are slightly crispy and heated through.
- Once done, remove from the grill and sprinkle sev on top for added crunch.
- Serve immediately with extra chutneys on the side.
