- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, roughly chopped
- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 20 grams (optional for crunch)
Steps
- Wash and dice the cucumber, tomato, and green bell pepper into small pieces.
- Finely chop the red onion and green chili (if using), and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Add the diced cucumber, tomato, and green bell pepper to the bowl.
- Chop the fresh coriander leaves and add them to the mixture.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle with chaat masala and salt to taste.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Just before serving, fold in the roasted peanuts and sev (if using) for added crunch.
