  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Sev - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, egg, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread green chutney evenly over the top.
  6. Layer the diced tomato, chopped onion, diced cucumber, and chopped coriander leaves on the pizza.
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala over the toppings, then return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven, and top it with pomegranate seeds and sev just before serving.
  9. Slice the Bhel Puri Pizza and serve immediately.
