- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Sev - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, egg, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread green chutney evenly over the top.
- Layer the diced tomato, chopped onion, diced cucumber, and chopped coriander leaves on the pizza.
- Sprinkle chaat masala over the toppings, then return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, and top it with pomegranate seeds and sev just before serving.
- Slice the Bhel Puri Pizza and serve immediately.
