Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, boiled chickpeas, and roasted peanuts.
- Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture.
- Drizzle lemon juice and mix all the ingredients gently until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If you like it spicy, add finely chopped green chilies.
