  • Chopped tomatoes - 50 grams
  • Chopped cucumber - 50 grams
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sev (crispy noodles) - 30 grams
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, boiled chickpeas, and roasted peanuts.
  2. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice and mix all the ingredients gently until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If you like it spicy, add finely chopped green chilies.
  6. Just before serving, top the mixture with sev for an extra crunch.
