- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 30 grams
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and green chili (if using).
- Add the chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the bowl, mixing well to ensure the spices coat the puffed rice and vegetables evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- To serve, place a portion of the puffed rice mixture in a serving bowl and top it with a generous amount of yogurt.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney over the yogurt and garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
