Ingredients

  • Chopped tomato - 50 grams
  • Chopped onion - 30 grams
  • Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 30 grams
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and green chili (if using).
  2. Add the chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the bowl, mixing well to ensure the spices coat the puffed rice and vegetables evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. To serve, place a portion of the puffed rice mixture in a serving bowl and top it with a generous amount of yogurt.
  5. Drizzle tamarind chutney over the yogurt and garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
