Ingredients
- Potatoes (medium) - 2
- Paneer (grated) - 100 grams
- Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - for brushing
Steps
- Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender but firm, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool.
- Once cooled, carefully scoop out a portion of the inside of each potato to create a hollow space for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated paneer, yogurt, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, chopped coriander, and lemon juice. Mix well to form the stuffing.
- Stuff each hollow potato with the paneer mixture, pressing it down gently to ensure it's packed tightly.
- Preheat the grill or tandoor to medium-high heat.
- Brush the stuffed potatoes lightly with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly charred and heated through.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
