  • Mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
  • Vegetable broth - 750 milliliters
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cubed bear meat to the pot, browning on all sides for about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced carrots, chopped celery, and sliced mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
