- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, for cooking
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground bear meat, red onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the serving plates with large lettuce leaves as the bun base. Place a slice of tomato and avocado on each lettuce leaf.
- Once the burgers are cooked, place each patty on top of the prepared lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Top with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
