Steps

  1. In a medium pot, melt the bear fat over medium heat until it is fully liquefied.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot and celery, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
