  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon slices - 4

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the coconut oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped coriander, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
