Ingredients

  • Tomato (diced) - 1 medium
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Yogurt (plain, low-fat) - 100 grams
  • Pomegranate seeds - 30 grams
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
