- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - as needed
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chickpea flour, chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and baking powder.
