  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili, finely chopped - 1 small
  • Cilantro, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon (for brushing)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined; you can use your hands for better mixing.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion onto a skewer, forming long, cylindrical kebabs.
  5. Place the skewers on the prepared baking tray and brush them lightly with oil to help them brown.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn the skewers and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
