- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili, finely chopped - 1 small
- Cilantro, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (for brushing)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined; you can use your hands for better mixing.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion onto a skewer, forming long, cylindrical kebabs.
- Place the skewers on the prepared baking tray and brush them lightly with oil to help them brown.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn the skewers and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
