- Rice flour - 200 grams
- Fresh grated coconut - 100 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and turmeric powder.
- Gradually add water to the rice flour mixture, stirring until it reaches a smooth, semi-doughy consistency.
- In a separate bowl, mix the grated coconut, black sesame seeds, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and layer half of the rice flour mixture evenly at the bottom.
- Spread the coconut mixture over the rice flour layer, then top with the remaining rice flour mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and firm.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
