  • Fresh methi leaves (fenugreek) - 50 grams, chopped
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 50 ml
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Fold in the chopped methi leaves gently into the marinated chicken.
  5. Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
