Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 500 grams

  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Grated Cheese (optional) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized pieces, then boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.
