- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cheese (grated) - 50 grams

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Mix in the sweet corn kernels and garam masala. Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the mixture from heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Transfer the corn mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with grated cheese, ensuring an even layer over the corn.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
