Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking pan with ghee or coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cornmeal, and whisk well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, coconut milk, and melted ghee or coconut oil until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
