Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until you achieve a thick batter that holds together. Adjust the water as needed.
- Using a spoon or your hands, shape the batter into small fritters and place them on the prepared baking tray.
