Ingredients

  • Cod fillets - 300 grams

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cod fillets to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
