- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
