Ingredients

  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, coconut oil, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.
