  • Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon

  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Pomegranate Seeds - 2 tablespoons (optional for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado lightly with a fork, keeping some chunks for texture.
  3. Add the finely chopped red onion, diced tomato, diced cucumber, and chopped green chili to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle in the chaat masala, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture.
  5. Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to over-mash the avocado.
