Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground antelope meat, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, coconut flour, and egg. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.

- Once the patties are done, place each patty on a large romaine lettuce leaf. Top with tomato slices, avocado, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
