  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large

  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground antelope meat, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, coconut flour, and egg. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the tomato, avocado, and red onion.
  5. Once the patties are done, place each patty on a large romaine lettuce leaf. Top with tomato slices, avocado, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
