  • Warm water - 120 ml
  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 300 grams
  • Green peas (boiled) - 50 grams
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheese (grated) - 100 grams
  • Pizza sauce - 100 ml
  • Olives (sliced) - 20 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the aloo tikki mixture by combining mashed potatoes, green peas, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cilantro, chaat masala, and red chili powder in a bowl. Mix well and form into small patties.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then layer with the aloo tikki patties, followed by grated cheese, sliced olives, and bell peppers.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
