- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheese (grated) - 100 grams
- Pizza sauce - 100 ml
- Olives (sliced) - 20 grams
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the aloo tikki mixture by combining mashed potatoes, green peas, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cilantro, chaat masala, and red chili powder in a bowl. Mix well and form into small patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then layer with the aloo tikki patties, followed by grated cheese, sliced olives, and bell peppers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
