- Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) - 2 tablespoons
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 small, finely chopped
- Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
Steps
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool.
- Once cool, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Toss gently to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.
- On a serving plate, arrange the spiced potatoes. Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
- Drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney over the potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle sev on top for a crunchy texture.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
