Steps
- Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

- Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes, diced bell pepper, and onion to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, let cool for a minute, and serve hot with mint chutney.
