Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Cucumber - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese - 75 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber thoroughly.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and then cut them in half.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, and slice the red onion thinly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
