- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Dairy-free mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness (about 1/4-inch thick).
- Transfer the rolled out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the zucchini.
