- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150g
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50g
- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin half-moons.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve warm, topped with crumbled feta cheese and garnished with fresh parsley.
