- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a greased tart pan evenly to form the crust.
- In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Spread the cooked zucchini mixture evenly over the crust in the tart pan.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh oregano over the top.
