  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the zucchini is well-coated.
  4. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
