  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zoodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until slightly softened.
