  • Whole wheat pita bread - 2
  • Cucumber, sliced - 100 grams
  • Tomato, sliced - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, zaatar spice blend, minced garlic, chopped red onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
