- Cherry tomatoes - 150g, halved
- Red onion - 50g, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 100g, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50g, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the zaatar spice with olive oil to create a paste.
- Brush the zaatar mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
