- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
- Banana - 1 medium, sliced
- Almonds, chopped - 30 grams
- Mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until well blended.
- Layer half of the yogurt mixture into two serving bowls or glasses.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the yogurt layer in each bowl.
