Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 400 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Almonds, chopped - 30 grams
  • Mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until well blended.
  2. Layer half of the yogurt mixture into two serving bowls or glasses.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the yogurt layer in each bowl.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices on top of the chia seeds.
  5. Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the fruits in each bowl.
  6. Finish with the remaining chia seeds, a handful of chopped almonds, and garnish with mint leaves.
